Kolby Bookkeeping, LLC
Kolby is the owner and operator of Kolby Bookkeeping, LLC. She grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Bucks High School West in 2014. Kolby then attended the University of Delaware where she graduated with Bachelors degrees in Economics and Secondary Mathematics Education in 2018.
After graduation, she spent 3 years as a middle and high school math teacher while also taking on part-time bookkeeping work. In the summer of 2021, she decided to turn her main focus toward bookkeeping and officially launched Kolby Bookkeeping, LLC in September of 2021.
Meet Jen, our dynamic administrative/bookkeeping assistant, who has been an integral part of our team since 2022. Jen and Kolby met in 2010 when Jen was Kolby's dance teacher, which is how their paths initially crossed. Her journey with us began as she quickly immersed herself in the intricacies of bookkeeping. Jen’s willingness to take on new challenges and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of our team.
Meet Laysa, our seasoned bookkeeper with 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management. Laysa's journey with us began in 2023, after she and Kolby worked together for two years at QuickBooks where they met. With dual bachelor's degrees in accounting from Florida International University and in business administration from her hometown of Curitiba, Brazil, Laysa brings a wealth of insight and expertise to our team.
Meet Raine, the newest addition to our team at Kolby Bookkeeping. Raine attends the University of Maine where he is pursuing a major in Business Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Economics. He will be graduating in the Spring of 2025. With an incredible attention to detail and a knack for numbers, Raine brings both a fresh perspective and a meticulous work ethic to the company.
